Concept: Schools operating in a way that does not lead to the mass-trauma of their young minds. Schools operating with enough funding to ensure that teachers are not breaking down from stress. Schools moving away from an outdated model intended to produce menial laborers and instead toward a genuine space of learning and innovation. 

Further Concept: Abolishing top-down, gatekeeper-infested education models of the crumbling edifice of the Ivory Tower. Replacing them with bottom-up, horizontal, learner-led education with facilitators to help furnish learners with the sources, resources and information necessary to have control over their own learning. Planting the seed of these bottom-up, democratic Trees of Knowledge so that they grow in such a way as to split asunder the Ivory Tower into Ivory Ruins. Prepare young learners for this by making this the default in public education at all levels.
