Sheet music for Masculine Women! Feminine Men!

One of my favourite 1920s songs! I have an absolutely gorgeous friend  – and operatic trained singer – who does an amazing cabaret act in which she sings a lot of the sexually transgressive songs of the 1920s and 30s, including this one (putting a very different spin on it than the original negative attitude to blurred gender lines). The act has some terribly funny moments, and then some incredibly poignant ones as she sings songs about homosexuality that came from the Weimer Republic – and an environment of comparative freedom that was soon to be destroyed by the Third Reich.
