Trouble rather the tiger in his lair than the sage amongst his books. For to you the Kingdoms and their armies are things mighty and enduring, but to him they are but toys of the moment, to be overturned by the flicking of a finger.
I was just browsing some random blogs and one had a post on “how to become a better writer”. (It’s not a blog about writing.) One item on the bullet list was “Read”.
The blogger said that this is very important, he considers reading a part of his job and always makes time for it, blah blah.
He says he reads 25 books a year.
